About Us

New Leaf Home Energy Performance is committed to helping homeowners save money on their energy bills and reduce the impact of housing on the environment. We accomplish that through a “whole-house approach” that looks at how your home works together as a system, identifies weaknesses and presents a cost-effective plan for saving money and living more comfortably.

Founder and Principal Frank Ross has a Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Pittsburgh and spent 20 years in the building construction trades as a project manager before turning his focus on the improvement of existing homes.
